I had a nice time here, it was relaxing and the price was fair; we were able to check in early, the room was spacious and tidy, even though it had an older TV.

It is a well-maintained property located in Tumon district short walk to the many ABC/K mart stores, and the beautiful beach of tumon bay. The location is particularly good and excellent, down the hill. The restaurant is about 900 feet from here...

The room was huge and extremely spacious and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous for walking around a shopping mall.

the staff was amiable and very helpful. I stayed in a room that was kept clean and available with a nice view. 3. It was reasonably priced compared to other low-cost hotels.

The rental bicycle system was nice to feel the lovely sun and breeze alongside the beach. Also good price inspite of being located at right behind DFS within three minutes by foot. I'd say the staff were all smiles and helpful.
The entire hotel smells unclean besides the air-con was a mess with dust and broken wings which control the directions of the air although our twin room 406 was spacious enough. Also, there were a few tiny ants in the bathroom in every morning and after the shower we always had the water problem in every way.

It was located close to place where I had a conference and it is easy and safe to walk around and it's low budget but you have to accept that therefore you have basically no service and there was no place to get coffee in the hotel in the morning (restaurant was always closed).
The refrigerator was constantly leaking because when you leave the room electricity turns off. The smell in the room was not good a t all due to mold.

This place is well-kept and peaceful, making it a nice spot to spend three nights. the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. the room is spacious with AC and two large beds, giving you plenty of space to spread out. I can't find a single thing to complain about - my stay here was quite enjoyable! 😊

The location. It was conveniently located in the heart of Tumon close to many restaurants and shopping stores.
The minute I saw the hotel in person I was disgusted and a bit scared. From the outside, it was dark and my first thought was, "Bates Motel." Walking into the lobby only made my discomfort increase. There was no air condition and almost all the lights were out in the lobby. The lady at the desk was very nice, but that hardly made up for the critical "first impression." Our room was on the 5th floor and it smelled very clean and it was much brighter, so I got excited thinking perhaps our room wouldn't be that bad. I WAS WRONG! The room was hot and stuffy and DIRTY! It cooled down once we turned on the AC, which was good. But the bathtub was FILTHY, DISGUSTING (no exaggeration!). Even my husband, who is really laid back, found the tub to be disgusting. He was brave enough to shower in there but I was not, especially since the tub was not draining and I had no desire to wash in a pool of dirty water. The chairs in the room was filthy. Visibly filthy. I was depressed and disgusted by this room. Seeing all the other beautiful hotels only made me angry knowing we were staying in this dump. If we were staying for more than one night I would have moved to another hotel immediately. But since it was just a16hr layover, I bit the bullet.

THe hotel offered free wifi and was much cheaper than other hotels in the surrounding area.
The water was not very warm in the shower and did not have a strong water pressure. The wifi service was not reliable and it would cut on and off while in use.

The location was ok, near a waterpark and not far from the beach and shopping.
The hotel advertises some amenities that are not really available. There is no airport shuttle service - Actually, you might as well use any taxi service. And, the shuttle is not free, but costs as much or more than a taxi might. The bicycles that are advertised for rent are in very poor condition. Though there are quite a few, maybe a dozen full- sized bikes, and some look rather new (some newish looking gt mountain bike style cycles amongst them, and a Schwinn hybrid) I tested all of them looking for one that I would feel safe riding anywhere at all and found none that I would ride, at all. Rusting, poorly maintained, and most without even air in the tires. The pool was green with algae, and tiny. A mess.

Very good location for the Tumon Shopping and entertainment area........the main attraction for Guam
The hotel is very old and needs updating....first floor has permanatly closed restaraunt and many of the office and bathroom spaces on the first floor are abandoned and used for storing old furniture. Even the first floor fountain is broken and needs repair.

Location - close to the shops, tourists locations, beach ( one of the best in Guam). Other than that, basic conditions, more suitable for young people and short stay.
The room was not cleaned properly on the arrival day. We arrived late at night, but even at that time we noticed that the room was not ready properly, especially the bathroom. Most ads, brochures were in Japanese, which is the feature of many other places in Guam. The island has been opened for Russian tourists (no visa for up to 45 days), but there is not much ready to accept them. The tourism is still oriented to the Japanese.
